Our online registration facility helps you to save time during your visit to Mulamoottil Eye Hospital.
- Following your registration, you will get a message confirming your registration with us.
- Based on your registration, we will fix an appointment time, which will be notified to you by email.
- Provide the correct telephone number and code, so that we may also confirm your appointment over the phone and also notify of any change in schedule.
- In addition to online registration, you can download the printable registration form, fill up the same and bring it with you to the hospital. This will save an additional 10 minutes.
